One person real estate brokerage dedicated 90% to real estate appraisals is looking for an assistant.
This is a dual job position in which the assistant will deal with both, appraisals and sales responsibilities.
This job will give you knowledge of real estate and prepare you for a successful real estate career either in
sales or appraisals.
Job responsibilities: Research properties: sales, rents, zoning, zoning changes, etc.
Complete and review appraisal reports for accuracy. Marketing real estate services and properties
Show properties, Do listing presentations, and more.
Work will be done from your own home.
You must be willing to 5 days intensive training.
