Miami Real Estate Agent – Exclusive Opportunity
I am seeking an experienced, full-time real estate agent to join my brokerage and work directly with active buyers, sellers, and renters across Miami and the surrounding areas.
This is a commission-only, performance-driven role for someone who already knows how to produce and close.
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Minimum 5+ closed transactions (recent and verifiable)
Active real estate license in Miami / member of the Miami Board
Must be full-time in real estate (no part-time)
Must transfer the license to my brokerage
Proven ability to prospect, generate business, and close deals
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and client management skills
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
