Our growing team is in search of a motivated Agent. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and with enthusiasm about connecting and building rapport with people. Applicants should be driven sales professionals who want to take the next step in their careers.

Responsibilities:

– Participate in weekly team meetings & training.
– Nurture relationships with our existing clients to generate repeat sales.
– Daily outreach to develop new opportunities within our team’s targeted regions and within your personal sphere.
– Gather information from prospective clients to qualify their needs and move forward in the sales process.
– Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline.
– Research & stay up to date on local community information to be an expert in the market and the community.
– Maintain accurate and current information within the CRM system (Lofty) regarding client needs and communications.
– Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Real Estate License
Organized and manages time effectively
Great communication and social skills
Self-motivation and drive
A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
CRM experience preferred
