Every day, we help people get out from under their distressed properties. Typically, these homes are in need of costly repairs, cleanup or updates—factors that make it difficult to sell the home the traditional way. We have the expertise and experience to handle challenging properties, and give sellers a fresh start. We are growing and expanding into real estate technology as well. We are a sales-driven organization with big goals. We have been growing strong over the last year, and are expanding to new markets. We are looking for full-time rock-star Real Estate Agents to join our amazing Team. Position is 100% commission, independent contractor.
What You Do:
Evaluate residential real estate
Meet with sellers
Negotiate with investors
Write real estate contracts
Communicate with sellers, title companies and other associates
Keep detailed notes on valuations
Update CRM
Who You Are:
Licensed Real Estate Agent
