What You’ll Do:
– Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
– Conduct market research to determine property values and pricing strategies
– Create and maintain property listings
– Show properties to prospective buyers and renters
– Negotiate contracts, offers, and lease terms
– Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and transaction timelines
– Guide clients through the entire process from initial contact to closing
– Stay up to date on market trends and real estate regulations
What You Need:
– Active Florida real estate license
– Solid understanding of real estate laws and regulations
– Strong organizational and administrative skills
– Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
