A real estate sales associate is the intermediary between sellers & buyers and landlords & tenants. Rybak Realty is hiring novice and experienced sales associates to work in The Big Bend Area (mostly Leon and Wakulla counties). Rybak Realty’s office is located in Crawfordville. Duties:
• Develop personal leads and address brokerage-generated leads (phone calls, walk-ins, and emails)
• Manage personal databases and files; coordinate with Office to ensure accuracy
• Assist customers with the entire buying, selling, or leasing process
• Develop cooperative relationships with business contacts (inspectors; escrow companies; mortgage brokers; lenders; title agencies; real estate lawyers; etc.)
• Attend brokerage meetings, professional development conferences, and community events
• Follow office procedures, policies, and positive workflow expectations
• Keep personnel file up to date with resume, licenses, and professional development
• Remain knowledgeable of real estate best practices, local and state markets, and Board policies
