Our fast-paced office is now hiring Acquisition Agents with or without real estate experience. Capital Rise is ideal for individuals who feel capped at their current position. Our Real Estate Sales position allows you to work from the comfort of Coral Gables our office and make up to 6 figures! This position is uncapped and commission-based.
We have a proven system that can get you your first wholesale deal under contract within days of starting with our company. One of our Sales Associates made $110,000 in their first 12 months here. We do the marketing to provide hot leads and training needed to close these deals and see these numbers. With a great work environment and opportunities to advance you’ll be on your way to making six figures. We continue to dominate the wholesale market by setting and accomplishing incredible goals for our company!
Responsibilities
– Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions.
– Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability.
– Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.
– Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases.
– Draft and complete critical legal documents (contracts, agreements, etc).
– Generate and manage lists of properties under contract.
– Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.
Skills
– Proven track record of sales.
– Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
– Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude for negotiation.
– Trustworthy and results-driven.
– Basic knowledge of MS Word & Excel
– Work Schedule:
– Full Time (Monday – Friday)
– Face to Face (In an office)
Compensation:
– First Year – Up to $100,000.00 in commission
– Second Year – Up to $190,000.00 in commission
