Eight Pillars Brokerage & Advisory is a boutique commercial, luxury, and investment real estate brokerage built around eleven pillars of agent support — in-house marketing technology, direct Broker mentorship, structured training, systematic lead generation, and a two-tier program that rewards production with white-glove transaction support and bonus incentives. We are small enough to know every agent by name, and resourced enough to compete for high-value business.

You earned your license because you love this industry — the deals, the people, the idea of building something that’s yours. What most new agents don’t get is the right support to turn that excitement into a real career. That’s the gap Eight Pillars was built to close.
This is a long-term relationship, not a revolving door. We invest in new agents from day one because we want you here in year ten.
What You’ll Do
Learn the fundamentals of commercial, luxury, and investment real estate through a structured 30/60/90-day onboarding curriculum.
Work real leads generated through our IDX website and CRM — not just cold-call your way to a first deal.
Sit in weekly one-on-one sessions with Broker Debora Rodrigues for deal strategy, pricing, and negotiation prep.
Build your professional network with curated introductions to attorneys, lenders, appraisers, and other partners.

Direct Broker mentorship — Debora co-attends your first three client presentations or negotiations so you’re never navigating a big moment alone.
Monthly training on various subjects that will add fundamentals to your business and the area you are farming.
A free onboarding kit: your first box of branded business cards, a personal bio and listings page on our IDX website, and a name tag — at no cost.
In-house marketing technology: branded templates, a monthly content calendar, and a quarterly professional photo/video day, so your marketing looks established from day one.
Continued education and farm-area support to help you build a territory and a specialty as your book grows.
Who We’re Looking For
An active or in-progress Florida real estate license.
A genuine interest in commercial, luxury, or investment property — curiosity about the numbers, not just the listings.
A coachable mindset and a willingness to put in the work during the first 90 days of ramp-up.
