Location: Broward County
Terms: Part-Time / 15 hours per week
Salary/Rate: Starting at $1000 per month
Responsibilities:
Arrive 15 minutes before EVERY appointment
Account management and client communication
Answer phones and emails as needed
Show properties to buyers, attend inspections/appraisals, and host open houses
Appointment scheduling for showings
Take pictures/videos (when needed)
Communicate with realtors and their clients
Website support
Oversee e-mail marketing
Social media scheduling/management
Represent the company in a professional manner
Other responsibilities as needed by CEO
Candidate Requirements:
MUST have a Real Estate License
MUST hang license with our brokerage
Must be punctual at all times
Must have a car 2015 or newer
Must have a Supra
Must have a clean driving record
Must live in Broward County and have the ability to drive throughout Broward County
Must have a smartphone
