We are seeking sales professionals with an entrepreneurship mindset to join our startup team of agents. Palm and Cactus focus primarily on the purchase and sale of single-family investment properties; all while dealing strictly with investors and eliminating the emotional side of purchasing homes. The position is a competitive and fast-paced environment with a culture that encourages agents to be themselves, all while creating lasting relationships amongst those you work with.
Current Realtors: The position will have nearly nothing to do with your recent book of business and past experiences. There is, however, a comparative learning advantage over those that have not worked in the real estate industry. Still, this position will be taking your real estate career in a completely different direction.
The job is incredibly challenging, rewarding, and in most cases, more lucrative than your traditional commercial, residential, and industrial transactions. We look forward to hearing from you!
