Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:
Prospect & Cold Call Referral Sources
Manage CRM, Database & Email Systems
Advise & Maintain Client Relationships
Market Exclusive Listings
Underwrite Commercial Properties
Prepare Pro-Forma Financial Analysis
Participate in Training and Build Leadership Skills
Meet Individual and Team Sales Goals
Requirements:
Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker Associate
Ability to Problem Solve in a fast-paced environment
CoStar & MLS Software knowledge
Previous Real Estate Experience
Leadership traits
Own Transportation
Well Organized, Punctual & Detail Oriented
Tech Savvy
Basic Level Accounting knowledge
Good Attitude and team player
