Job Description:
Top producing Commercial Real Estate team, SRQ Gold, is looking to grow its professional membership with the addition of a Junior Broker to act as Buyer / Tenant Representative. This role is positioned for the right candidate to jump start their Commercial Real Estate career by working with leads provided from an existing listing inventory and learning the business on the job.
Responsibilities include:
Initial and follow up communication with buyer/ tenant prospects.
Completing showings and tours.
Tracking all communication within a Contact Relationship Management system.
Support of all listing, marketing, and deal fulfillment.
Gaining familiarity of office industry, geographic areas of focus and specific listings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, required.
Real Estate License will be required, but not a pre-requisite for position.
Business to Business sales experience, preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Technology acumen
Experience with CRM, preferred.
Proven track record in sales, preferred.
