Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide various membership options to guests and owners
Greet and welcome our owners and guests in preparation for the tour
Build rapport and trust in the guests and owners
Overcome objections during the process of the sale
Discover and uncover the needs and interests of your guests
Execute a scripted and structured presentation
Create a desire for our guests to want to be a part of Club Exploria Vacation Ownership
Tour the guest throughout our 400-acre lavishly landscaped resort and 64-acre spring-fed lake, located less than 10 miles from Walt Disney World® Resort
Qualifications and Skills:
Polished and professional appearance
Must be able to speak clearly
Comfortable in person with guests, as well as walking, sitting, and standing for periods of time
Real Estate License is nice to have
Ability to handle unique and challenging situations during the process of the sale
Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly, both oral and written
Must work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns and issues raised by team members and guests
