Gold Coast also provides individual courses for real estate agents and brokers that only need a few specific hours.
3-Hour Core Law
Florida real estate Sales Associates and Brokers are required to complete 3 hours of Core Law education as part of the mandatory 14-hour continuing education requirement.
3-Hour Business Ethics
Complete the 3-hour Business Ethics requirement with Gold Coast’s easy-to-use online course. This course is state approved and provides you with instant access to the course material upon registration.
4-Hour Escrow Management
This online class is recommended for all brokers or assistants who handle escrow funds. Learn the proper office procedures and record keeping needed to help you stay out of trouble and pass routine office inspections and audits with ease.
4-Hour Instructor Continuing Education
The Real Estate Instructor continuing education requirements have been updated. Instructors are now required to complete a 4-hour Instructional Techniques course in addition to 3 hours of Core Law.
28-Hour Reactivation
If your real estate license has been involuntarily inactive for more than 12 months but less than 24 months you can reactivate your license by taking our 28-hour Reactivation course.
