The Florida Real Estate Commission rules require anyone with a Sales Associate license to complete 45 hours of Post-License education prior to their first license renewal deadline.

Reactivation
If your real estate license has been involuntarily inactive for more than 12 months but less than 24 months you can reactivate your license by taking our 28-hour Reactivation course.
Core Law
Included in the 14-hour CE course, the 3-hour Core Law course is also offered separately for students who only need this required 3-hour course.
Business Ethics

Escrow Management
This course meets the FREC mandate requiring licensees in violation of escrow accounting procedures to complete 4 hours of escrow management education.
