Other Real Estate Schools

Other real estate schools often deliver a one-and-done transaction, leaving students to fend for themselves once they’ve enrolled in classes. With Gold Coast, you are guided by our team of instructors to make sure you understand the material and have the tools to become a top agent. Plus, we partner with thousands of brokerages across Florida so you can find a place to hang your hat once you receive your license.

Additionally, many real estate schools only offer one method of learning. With Gold Coast Schools, you can choose between in-person, self-paced learning, and livestream classes. So, however you prefer to learn, we have something for you.

We offer regular instructor interaction.

Gold Coast Schools: Enjoy regular support from course instructors through live Q&A sessions, direct 1-on-1 access, and email interactions for questions and discussion.

Other schools: Many schools don’t provide instructor 1-on-1 time or Q&A sessions. If you do have access to an instructor, often the only type of interaction is through email, which translates to potentially long wait times for student needs.

We accommodate different learning styles.

Gold Coast Schools: Everyone learns differently, which is why we offer three different learning styles: self-paced online courses, livestream classes, and in-person classroom. You get to decide which one is best for you. Whichever method you choose, we supplement courses with video, quizzes, structured reading, and more to help you retain what you’ve learned.

Other schools: Learning options are limited with other real estate schools. You’ll find most only offer only one type: online only or classroom only. With Gold Coast Schools, you get to choose the learning style that best fits your needs.

We have highly experienced instructors.

Gold Coast Schools: With dozens of real estate instructors in our arsenal, we’re confident you’ll find unbounded success in the industry. Each instructor has deep knowledge of Florida real estate, and they come with years (often decades) of experience. And while they know what’s needed to pass the Florida real estate exam, they also provide priceless tips and lessons for leading a strong career in real estate after you’ve received your license.

Other schools: Other schools only have a small handful of real estate instructors, many of whom are busy real estate professionals. This limits face-time and 1-on-1 instruction they can provide.

Gold Coast Schools: Our Weekend CRAM Review Course and Exam Prep Package are designed to fully prepare you to ace the real estate license exam and are included with most of our pre-licensing courses.

Other schools: Other schools may or may not provide tools and courses to help you prepare for the real estate exam. With Gold Coast Schools, you can feel confident about your ability to pass on the first try.
