Supervise maintenance staff.
Review public housing applications for eligibility.
Coordinate and perform move ins for prospective residents.
Conduct annual re-certification of current residents following Housing and Urban Development (HUD) policies.
Perform household and grounds inspections to ensure facility grounds and units are properly maintained in accordance with applicable law.
Perform annual and periodic unit inspections.
Ensure maintenance team completes work orders timely.
Communicate effectively with residents and applicants.
Collect rent and manage delinquencies.
Responsible for fiscal and administrative work to conform to all mandates under all applicable laws, Fair Housing, PBCHA policies, and HUD policies.
