Investment Sales Broker

Open Market CRE is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Agent to join our firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in pursuing a career in commercial real estate investment sales and is looking for a supportive and dynamic work environment to grow and succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, including property owners, investors, and developers
• Work closely with senior agents to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Conduct market research to understand current trends and market conditions
• Assist in preparing and presenting proposals and property evaluations to clients
• Participate in negotiations and transaction management on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior agents
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid real estate license in the State of Florida

We offer comprehensive training and mentorship programs to help you develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in commercial real estate investment sales. The right candidate will walk in the door with a knowledge of Microsoft Office at a minimum. This is a commission-based opportunity.
