We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Assistant to support our real estate investment team. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks, client & tenant communications, and property management activities.
## Responsibilities
– Assist with listings in MLS and other platforms, and showing instructions.
– Coordinate appointments, showings, and follow-ups with clients
– Some construction knowledge is helpful (permitting or city process)
-Public & Court record search
-Software operation notion (Buildium) knowable is helpful
-Property management knowledge
-Maintenance Contractor/Vendor coordination
-Bill payment & scheduling
– Handle inquiries from potential buyers or renters
– Assist in drafting real estate contracts and agreements and evictions
– Conduct market research and analysis to support decision-making processes
## Requirements
– Proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus (Multilingual)
-Punctual & responsible
– Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and property management
– Real estate SALES licensed or CAM license is helpful
– Some construction knowledge is helpful (permitting or city process)
-Accounting/bookkeeping principles knowledge
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
– Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team
